Damaged item

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, providing your order number and attaching clear photos of the product and packaging to purdenia@outlook.com .

Our customer service is at your disposal to resolve your situation efficiently and quickly.

We will offer you the option of an exchange or refund if we find an error on our part or damage related to delivery. If the item is no longer available, an online credit will be automatically applied.

However, for any damage resulting from your handling or misuse, we will not be able to exchange or refund the items concerned.

We ensure that our packages are always carefully packaged to reduce the risk of damage during transport, and we guarantee that our packaged products are in perfect condition.

Delivery address and your contact details

Please note that any errors in the delivery address entered during checkout are the customer's responsibility. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, a return or redelivery fee may be charged, as the carrier will pass these fees on to the store.

It is therefore very important to ensure that your personal information, including your address, is accurate and complete before finalizing your purchase, in order to avoid any misunderstanding regarding delivery, as well as additional costs for you.

However, if the error is ours, whether in the processing of your order or in the delivery address provided, we will assume full responsibility. In this case, all associated costs, including the cost of returning the package as well as those related to a new shipment, will of course be our responsibility. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to correcting any situation resulting from an error on our part quickly and fairly.

Please note that no refunds will be issued until the package has been returned and received in store, or confirmed as being in your possession. A photo of the product may be requested to ensure you have the package in hand, even if tracking notifications indicate that it has been delivered.
